Helpful Resources and Information for Your Visit

We want every visit to Lifespring Women’s Healthcare to feel seamless, supportive, and stress-free. Whether you’re a first-time patient or have been with us for years, the information below will help you prepare for your appointment, understand your insurance options, and know what to expect from your care team.

Before Your Appointment

To help us provide a smooth and efficient visit, please bring:

– A photo ID and insurance card
– A list of your medications and supplements
– Any prior medical records relevant to your visit, including lab work or imaging
– Your completed patient forms (if available online)

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any additional paperwork.

Text Through Healow Portal

Questions don’t always wait for your next appointment. If you have a concern outside of your visit – about a prescription, a new symptom, or a pregnancy change – our team is available via texting through the Healow App in your patient portal.

Our nurses will help determine whether your concern requires an appointment, urgent evaluation, or at-home care.

Insurance & Billing

We accept most major insurance plans and are committed to providing transparency regarding costs, copayments, and billing. Copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service. Our administrative staff is happy to:

Prescription Refills

Most non-narcotic prescription requests can refilled through your pharmacy, provided you have been seen in this office within the past year. Prescriptions for pain medication must be written during regular office hours.
